Our latest modification of REFINEIT-2KMK, this system is even more simple in operation. There is no need for paper filter bags; they are replaced with triple layer side filters, where only one layer should be replaced with every refining. It is less expensive to refine gold in REFINEIT-2KMK, no danger of torn paper filters, washing and collecting refined gold is as simple as never before.

REFINEIT-2KM is a multifunctional, small-footprint electrolytic system, designed to refine gold and silver. Where the gold refining process has historically been lengthy and involved, our innovative, patented process reduces gold refinement to a single step.
REFINEIT-2KMK refines gold by dissolving and removing all base metals from the gold alloy (electroparting, patented), without actually dissolving the gold itself; once the process is complete, all that remains is 24K gold powder inside of anode compartment.

* REFINEIT requires adequate ventilation and proper chemicals handling. Although fumeless technology will provide high level of protection against toxic fumes, still REFINEIT equipment should be operated in vented area for additional protection.

Brief Description of Gold Electroparting Protocols:

For 2K to 10K gold:

  • Melt your 2K - 10K gold and cast an ingot
  • Place gold ingot into the unit, fill the unit with electrolyte and turn on power supply
  • 12-24 hours later, remove anode section and wash refined gold with water
  • Remove refined gold from anode section
  • Use refined gold

For 10K and more gold:

  • Melt your gold with copper, or with gold-filled items to make it 6K to 8K, and cast an ingot
  • Place gold ingot into the unit, fill the unit with electrolyte and turn on power supply
  • 12-24 hours later, remove anode section, wash the gold with water
  • Remove refined gold from anode section
  • Use refined gold

    This definitely must be a new technology given the level of cost efficiency per cycle. what other accessories like space needed and dimensions and utilities including ERG and implications.
